M/R/S Mushroom Formula provides a dynamic combination of maitake, reishi and shiitake mushrooms to promote exceptional antioxidant benefits for the maintenance of daily wellness. There are over 100,000 different mushroom species, only 10% of which have been identified and investigated by researchers. The common attributes consistent among these species appear to be the polyphenols and polysaccharides, constituents shown to provide high antioxidant activity. In a preclinical study investigating the composition of a number of mushroom species, maitake, reishi, and shiitake were found to contain high levels of phenolic compounds and polysaccharides. Furthermore, these mushrooms were among the most potent for enhancing antioxidant function. M/R/S Mushroom Formula also provides vitamin C for additional antioxidant defence.

Medicinal Ingredients
(per capsule): Shiitake mushroom (Lentinus edodes) extract (fruiting body) 200 mg (4:1; 800 mg dried equivalent); Reishi mushroom (Ganoderma lucidum) extract (fruiting body) 200 mg (4:1; 800 mg dried equiva-lent); Maitake mushroom (Grifola frondosa) extract (fruiting body) 200 mg (4:1; 800 mg dried equivalent); Vitamin C 3.4 mg (from 8 mg of ascorbyl palmitate)
Non-Medicinal Ingredients
hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, purified water.
Recommended Use: Helps in wound healing. An antioxidant for the maintenance of good health. Recommended dose: Adults: Take 1-2 capsules daily, in divided doses, with meals or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
