Genestra HMF UTI combines research-driven probiotics with PACRAN, a clinically studied cranberry fruit extract, to help prevent recurrent urinary tract infections in women. Cranberries are rich in proanthocyanidins, polyphenol antioxidants that reduce the adhesion of E. coli to the cells lining the bladder, and regular PACRAN supplementation has been shown to lower E. coli presence and UTI incidence in women with a history of recurrent infections. The formula provides 30 billion CFU per day from five proprietary probiotic strains — including Lactobacillus gasseri, one of the predominant vaginal Lactobacillus species — plus 500 mg of PACRAN cranberry daily (equivalent to 25 g of fresh fruit). It is also a source of antioxidants for the maintenance of good health. Each bottle contains 60 vegetable capsules.

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:

Recommended dose — Women: take 2 capsules daily, at least 2 to 3 hours before or after taking antibiotics, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Caution: Do not use if you have an immune-compromised condition. Consult your healthcare practitioner prior to use if you have fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea or severe abdominal pain. Discontinue use if symptoms of digestive upset occur, worsen or persist beyond 3 days. Store under refrigeration (below 8°C). Keep out of reach of children.
