Genestra HMF Super Powder is a moderate-level probiotic providing 10 billion CFU per scoop from a combination of four proprietary human-sourced strains — Lactobacillus acidophilus (CUL-60 & CUL-21), Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis (CUL-34) and Bifidobacterium bifidum (CUL-20) — along with fructooligosaccharides (FOS). It is indicated for the promotion and maintenance of intestinal health in adults and children who dislike or have difficulty swallowing capsules, and mixes easily into water or milk. Recommended dose — Adults and children 1 year and older: add water or milk to 1 scoop (1/4 teaspoon) of HMF Super Powder in a glass and mix; take twice daily with meals, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Caution: Consult your healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are experiencing nausea, fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea or severe abdominal pain. Discontinue use if symptoms of digestive upset occur, worsen or persist beyond 3 days. Store under refrigeration. Keep out of reach of children.
