Genestra HMF Forte (shelf-stable) offers the same four-strain, human-sourced probiotic formula as the refrigerated version, now in a convenient room-temperature format you can take anywhere. It provides live microorganisms that temporarily modify gut flora and support intestinal health in adults and children, with Lactobacillus acidophilus (CUL-60 and CUL-21), Bifidobacterium bifidum (CUL-20) and Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis (CUL-34). Added stabilizing ingredients help maintain the viability of the live cultures without refrigeration. The vegetable capsules are suitable for vegans and free of added dairy, gluten and GMOs. Each bottle contains 50 vegetable capsules.

Recommended dose — Adults, adolescents and children 6 years and older: take 1 capsule twice daily with meals, at least 2 to 3 hours before or after taking antibiotics, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Do not use if you have an immune-compromised condition. Consult your healthcare practitioner prior to use if you have fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea or severe abdominal pain. If symptoms of digestive upset occur, worsen or persist, discontinue use and consult your healthcare practitioner. Store in a cool, dry place. Use only if the safety seal is intact.
