Genestra D.I.M. provides diindolylmethane (DIM), a compound formed from indole-3-carbinol found in cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli. DIM supports healthy estrogen metabolism and is used to help promote a favourable balance of estrogen metabolites in both women and men. Each bottle contains 60 vegetable capsules.
