PreTrain NRG powder is a specialized pre-workout formula designed to enhance focus, power, and mental energy for athletes. It includes tyrosine, acetyl L-carnitine, and caffeine to boost focus and energy, while creatine is added to support strength. Non-Medicinal Ingredients

Recommended Dose
Adults: Mix 9 grams (approx. one scoop) in 8 oz of water and consume 30-45 minutes before a workout or as directed by a health care practitioner.
Risk Information
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you have liver disease, kidney disease and/or a seizure disorder, if you are taking lithium, if you have high blood pressure, glaucoma, and/or detrusor instability (overactive bladder syndrome). Consumption with natural health products (e.g. bitter orange extract, synephrine, octopamine, ephedra) or other drugs (e.g. ephedrine) which increase blood pressure is not recommended. Consumption with other caffeine-containing products (e.g. medications, coffee, tea, colas, cocoa, guarana, maté) is not recommended. This product is not intended as a substitute for sleep. May result in weight gain. For use beyond 4 weeks, consult a health care practitioner. May cause digestive problems. Hypersensitivity/allergy is known to occur, in which case, discontinue use.
