Genestra Super EFA Liquid is an essential fatty acid formula made from a blend of anchovy and sardine oils, delivered in a great-tasting natural orange flavour. Each teaspoon supplies 950 mg of EPA and 725 mg of DHA, providing 1,675 mg of EPA and DHA in an EPA:DHA ratio of roughly 1.3:1 — a balance that helps reduce serum triglyceride levels and support cardiovascular health. EPA and DHA also help support cognitive health and brain function, and contribute to the normal development of the brain, eyes and nerves in children up to 12 years of age. The oil is produced using the proprietary NEO-3 process, which uses lipase enzymes to concentrate the natural triglyceride forms of EPA and DHA for improved absorption while virtually eliminating contaminants and delivering a clean taste. Each bottle contains 200 mL.
