Genestra Super EFA Capsules provide a balanced omega-3 fish oil with an EPA:DHA ratio of about 1.4:1 to support cardiovascular health and cognitive function. Each softgel supplies 220 mg of EPA and 160 mg of DHA, with the omega-3 levels naturally enriched using the proprietary NEO-3 processing technique. The formula helps reduce serum triglyceride levels in adults and helps maintain cardiovascular health, while supporting cognitive health, brain function, and the development of the brain, eyes and nerves in adolescents. The fish oil is sourced from anchovy and sardine and finished with a natural sweet orange flavour. Each bottle contains 120 softgels.
