Genestra Melatonin Spray is a convenient oral spray that delivers melatonin in a delicious natural spearmint flavour to promote healthy sleep patterns. It helps reset the body's sleep-wake cycle, helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep in people with delayed sleep phase disorder, helps increase total sleep time in people with sleep restriction or an altered sleep schedule (such as shift work and jet lag), and helps relieve the daytime fatigue associated with jet lag. The spray format is a great alternative to tablets or capsules, providing 1 mg of melatonin per spray. Each bottle contains 30 mL.

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Purified water, glycerin, ethanol, xylitol, natural spearmint flavour, citric acid, potassium sorbate, rebaudioside A (stevia leaf extract)
Recommended dose — Adults: take 3 sprays orally once daily, at or before bedtime, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. For jet lag: take at bedtime while travelling and at your destination until adapted to the new time zone. For adult use only. Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you are taking immunosuppressive drugs. Consult your healthcare practitioner before use if you have a hormonal, seizure, liver, kidney, cardiovascular, immune or depressive disorder, diabetes, low blood sugar, migraine, asthma or hypertension, or are taking blood pressure, sedative/hypnotic, steroid or blood-thinning medications. Consult your healthcare practitioner if sleeplessness persists beyond 4 weeks. Stop use if allergy, headache, confusion or nausea occurs. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place. Use only if the safety seal is intact.
