Genestra Magnesium Complex Liquid is a concentrated combination of three organic magnesium sources — glycinate, citrate and malate — providing 500 mg of magnesium per tablespoon. Recommended dose — Adults 19 years and older: take 1 tablespoon daily, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Adolescents 9-18 years: take 1/2 tablespoon daily, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Shake well before each use.
