Genestra HMF Multi Strain Powder offers a comprehensive combination of 17 proprietary probiotic strains in a convenient, once-daily powder, providing 16 billion CFU per dose. It supplies 10 strains of Lactobacilli and seven strains of Bifidobacteria to promote colonization in both the small and large intestines and support gastrointestinal health; clinical research on its strains has shown increased Bifidobacteria and Lactobacilli counts, improved gut transit time and better abdominal comfort. Recommended dose — Adults, adolescents and children 1 year and older: add 1 scoop of powder to water or milk in a glass and mix; take daily, at least 2 to 3 hours before or after taking antibiotics, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Consult your healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are experiencing nausea, fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea or severe abdominal pain. Discontinue use and consult your healthcare practitioner if symptoms of digestive upset occur, worsen or persist beyond 3 days. Store under refrigeration (below 8°C).
