Genestra HMF Forte is a professional-grade probiotic combining four strains of proprietary, human-sourced bacteria to support intestinal health in adults and children. It provides live microorganisms that temporarily modify gut flora, delivering 20 billion CFU per daily dose from Lactobacillus acidophilus (CUL-60 and CUL-21), Bifidobacterium bifidum (CUL-20) and Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis (CUL-34). Supplementing with large numbers of these combined microorganisms helps maximize intestinal colonization and promote the growth of beneficial bacteria; in a randomized, placebo-controlled trial the L. acidophilus strains helped restore microflora altered by antibiotic use. The vegetable capsules are suitable for vegans and free of added dairy, gluten and GMOs. Each bottle contains 60 vegetable capsules.

Recommended dose — Adults, adolescents and children 6 years and older: take 1 capsule twice daily with meals, at least 2 to 3 hours before or after taking antibiotics, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Do not use if you have an immune-compromised condition. Consult your healthcare practitioner prior to use if you have fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea or severe abdominal pain. If symptoms of digestive upset occur, worsen or persist, discontinue use and consult your healthcare practitioner. Store under refrigeration (below 8°C). Use only if the safety seal is intact.
